Return Shipping via UPS Only:

  1. Customers must use UPS for returns. Lost parcels are the customer’s responsibility; no refund will be issued.

  2. If collecting from a UPS collection point, parcels must be picked up within the specified timeframe. Uncollected returns sent back to us will have a €20 fee deducted from the refund.

  3. If a parcel is not collected and is not returned to jnrpuff, no refund will be issued.

  4. Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

  5. We offer a 7-day return policy. For faulty items, contact us within 2 days of delivery.

  6. Products marked as non-refundable cannot be returned or refunded.

  7. Used items are not eligible for return.

  8. UPS collection must occur within 3–5 days to avoid fees or issues.

  9. Order changes or cancellations must be made before 15:00 on the day of the order.
